She is living proof that life doesn't stop or slow down when you turn 40. As a matter of fact, she lives a more fulfilled life now than when she was in her 20s. We have made a commitment as a family and as a company to be more vocal about the cause of Sickle Cell Disease which leads to Sickle Cell Anemia. We recently attended a national gathering of the Sickle Cell Warriors, Inc in Atlanta and were able to find support through other advocates across the United States and Canada. We are looking forward to discovering more opportunities to be engaged and consistent in our support.
