The Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Will Host a Special Screening of Remembering Momma in New York
Film Series Will Feature Works by Black Filmmakers during Black History Month (Bronx, NY) To highlight the talent of up-and-coming Black filmmakers, the brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, Rho Psi Lambda Chapter (Bronx, NY) will host a series of films that showcase the visions, thoughts, and ideas of creative Black screenwriters, directors, and actors. These films will be shown during February and broadcast to an array of members of the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) . Films will be shown on Wednesdays, during Black History Month, beginning February 1, 2023, and ending February 22, 2023, via the Zoom platform . The start time will be 7pm and end at 9pm. Remembering Momma , by Atlanta-based filmmaker Anthony R. Page, will be one of the featured films screening on February 1st with a Q & A following the viewing.
