Anthony R Page Directs the Pilot Episode of Kimberly Grimes' Semi-Autobiographical Series: VaVaVoom

Independent Producer / Director: Anthony R Page directed the premiere episode of an innovative indie series titled: VAVAVOOM. The story is loosely based on show creator and executive producer: Kimberly Grimes' life.

In the story, Kim Fox, played by Candice Marie Singleton, cluelessly enters the sticky world of entrepreneurship after her first "big girl job" with a sports team goes to hell. The production co-stars several notable talents making their mark throughout the city of Atlanta including model/actor Timothy Richardson; singer/actress Christina Ramsey and producer, model, and actress Kiah Alexandria Klingman.

Page stated, "Kimberly has done a superb job of pulling together a great support team for this series. The on-set experience was fluid and collaborative, which created many unexpected, yet welcome opportunities to allow the production to surpass our expectations. I loved the experience and am happy with how it all came together."

The production also guest stars former child star, singer, and actress: Tiffany Evans, who is known for her work in Diary of a Mad Black Woman (2005), Brother's Grim, and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999)

Page shared his experience working with Ms. Evans..." her performance is brilliant...she really knows how to work those eyes. She is a great asset to this innovative series that is poised to push the envelope on many levels."

Executive Producer KIMBERLY GRIMES will premiere this series on February 14th.
