Anthony R. Page Unlocks The Password
New Play by Dennis J. West Comes to Augusta Augusta, GA. Local Producer / Director: Anthony R. Page has signed on to direct the original stage-play The Password. Written by Dennis J. West, the show will premiere at the Jabez Performing Arts Center in Evans, GA on July 19th with 2 shows @ 3pm and 7pm. The Password stars Nathan Rothwell, Cache Perez, Ashley Black and Latoya Moran, who lead a cast of talent newcomers including Joseph McGary, NuNu Gholson, Hellena Lynch, Altina Menefee, Ralph Wimberly and Arthur Chapman. The story centers around the wealthy Davenport family and their relationships to each other. “I love this project because the characters are very complex. For a period, projects within African American independent theater were somewhat simplified, and centered on the same character archetypes.
