My First Billboard - HAPA Awards Post Show Promos
MY FIRST BILLBOARD DESIGN... During the HAPA Awards activity, I developed (in-house) promotional materials to highlight our involvement in the ceremony as well as to ensure that each member of our team received proper acknowledgments for our collective accomplishments. We were fortunate to have several projects nominated including REMEMBERING MOMMA, ARMED AND DANGEROUS, and THE CONDUIT...all short films we produced. The HAPA Executive team was so pleased with what I had done, that they asked me to develop some post-show promotional materials, including billboards. Here are a few of the billboards I designed for them. They will be featured in the Los Angeles area. This is a cool and unexpected milestone for me because I am a director, producer, and writer. I developed skills as a graphic designer to make sure my projects were best represented visually to the public, and now the demand for my design talents has grown beyond my in-house needs.
