Augusta, GA-based filmmaker Tim Johnson 's film Keep the Engine Running has been accepted into the 2018 Urban Mediamakers Film Festival, which takes place on October 11 -17, 2018 at various locations throughout the Atlanta area. Keep the Engine Running will be screened during a 4:45pm slate of short films on Saturday, October 13 at Georgia State University's Cinefest. We shot the "No Excuses" Voting public service announcement at the Mitchell Street YWCA near Atlanta's University Center near the campus of Clark Atlanta University.  (ATLANTA, GA) I had the honor of working with one of Atlanta's most gifted directors, Chris Anthony Hamilton on a public service announcement produced by Metrics Marketing. The project was designed to encourage increased voter participation. I was one of the actors.
