The Tim Johnson Film Keep The Engine Running Makes An Impact On The Georgia Festival Circuit

Augusta, GA-based filmmaker Tim Johnson 's film Keep the Engine Running has been accepted into the 2018 Urban Mediamakers Film Festival, which takes place on October 11 -17, 2018 at various locations throughout the Atlanta area. Keep the Engine Running will be screened during a 4:45pm slate of short films on Saturday, October 13 at Georgia State University's Cinefest. The 1970's themed crime thriller features a strong ensemble cast that includes Casey Johnson , Anthony R. Metrics Marketing Challenges African-Americans to Register to Vote with #YourChoiceIsYourVoice Campaign

We shot the "No Excuses" Voting public service announcement at the Mitchell Street YWCA near Atlanta's University Center near the campus of Clark Atlanta University.  (ATLANTA, GA) I had the honor of working with one of Atlanta's most gifted directors, Chris Anthony Hamilton on a public service announcement produced by Metrics Marketing. The project was designed to encourage increased voter participation. I was one of the actors.
