Divine Intelligence - - Photography & Design Project

I had the privilege of working with Kiara Iman and Deja Green, who were students from Davidson Fine Arts High School, which is a Grammy award-winning magnet school in Augusta, GA. They were both a part of the final preview of Somewhere in Summerville at the Jabez Hardin Sanford Performing Arts Center in Evans, GA. Even though they were the youngest members of the cast, they exhibited the commitment and maturity of more seasoned professionals. Each of them had scene-stealing, crowd-pleasing moments and added a great deal of substance to the overall show. In addition to their ambitions as actors, both were also developing their musical talents and had formed a trio called Divine Intelligence . Along with their co-collaborator Hip Hop Artist: Jiggy Bril , they blended a unique combination of rap, spoken word, and song. Augusta Citizens Gather to Discuss 2016 Presidential Election on December 3rd

Urban Expressionism Post Election Community Panel  AUGUSTA, GA. Many residents of our community had a profound reaction to the recent presidential election. Some cheered while others jeered. Some cried while others celebrated. Regardless of your political philosophy, it is clear that this election has revealed a deep divide within our country. Blue Bistro Creative in partnership with Georgia Shift will be hosting a community discussion on December 3, 2017, from 10am - to 1pm at the Augusta-Richmond County Headquarters Library - - located at 823 Telfair Street in downtown Augusta . Anthony R Page , the Executive Director of Blue Bistro Creative and the primary organizer of this event remarked, that  this event has been created to give citizens in the Augusta area a constructive space to share their sentiments and voice their opinions about the recent election and the future of our country. Anthony R Page Executive Produces a New Show Titled: Urban Expressionism with Elements of Spoken Word, Theater & Performance Art

AUGUSTA. Anthony R. Page through his company Blue Bistro Creative will executive produce a multi-genre performance event titled: Urban Expressionism . The event will take place on November 19th at 730pm at the Jabez Sanford Hardin Performing Arts Center in Evans, GA. The show is an exploration of Black Culture through live theater, spoken word poetry, photography, music as well as performance art. The show centers around "What we see," " What we hear," "What we feel," and "What we remember" as Black people living in America. Page stated, "Every member of our team has been impacted in some way by the "Black Lives Matter" movement. This inspired us as a company to create Urban Expressionism. which was developed to give our team a healthy means to lift their voices. Of course, we decided to do it in a way that we know best, through our creative talents. So this show will help us to see, hear, feel and reflect on our experience

Anthony R. Page and Blue Bistro Creative Support Georgia Theatre Conference 52nd Annual Convention

AUGUSTA, GA. Anthony R Page and Blue Bistro Creative have been invited to present a series of workshops during "Take the Stage," - - the 52nd Annual Georgia Theater Conference . Being held from October 12th - 15th in Augusta, GA the conference attracts industry professionals, administrators, educators, and students from across the state. Accepting the invitation from  Roy Lewis, who is a local arts educator as well as the conference's program chair, Page and his team will be conducting workshops on Playwriting,  Directing , and Acting . Details about each workshop follow: ON PLAYWRITING  Mr. Page has written several full-length stage plays including  "A Voice on the Winds of Change"  (a period biography) and " Strugglin"  (an urban drama). He is currently in the final stage of development for his most recent stage play titled:  "Somewhere in Summerville."  The opening act of Somewhere in Summerville will be presented by local

We have been fortunate enough to work with some amazing people, which make all the difference when we delve into our creative process.
