Within the talent we have selected for Sounds of the Underground-Atlanta there is a great deal of diversity in musical genre, artist profile, personality and stage of career. “But that's not all,” explains Page the show's creator, “as we all know, life doesn't stop because you decide to pursue your dreams. For these artists, life happens, and we have discovered that some of the biggest stumbling blocks are the people in their immediate circles. People who come to them with bad agendas, bad attitudes and often just bad business practices. And this is where the 'drama' of the show comes in. So we hope to hone in on their responses to these occurrences, and examine how these moments impact their lives and shape their careers. Knowing all of this, we expect to dig deep with somewhat of a journalistic approach. Overall, our show will be interesting, inspiring and often be raucous, but not ratchet.”
