Blue Bistro Creative has completed our first major book cover design series for Author: Dawn Angela Mickens.

We are excited about this project.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Dawn Angela Mickens is a vibrant woman in her mid-40s embracing life with a vengeance! She is living proof that life doesn't stop or slow down when you turn 40. As a matter of fact, she lives a more fulfilled life now than when she was in her 20s. It is her objective to empower women to-- as she says-- “keep it movin’”!

Dawn Angela –wife, mother, woman of faith, model, actress, philanthropist, motivational speaker, author –a woman on the ladder of success (“a force to be reckoned with").

Dawn Angela is a volunteer for the non-profit organization The Enchanted Closet, Inc. whose mission is to physically, mentally, and emotionally outfit Metro Atlanta, Georgia high school girls from low-income families through programs that prepare them for social and professional milestones. Recently, Dawn Angela has been appointed as an Ambassador for Consciously Beautiful: I Am Enough a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower women and girls to love the reflection that they see in the mirror.

In her book, Dawn Angela Mickens takes you on a journey of discovery. A discovery of self! Finding herself unemployed after a successful 20-year career in the real estate industry she was upset and frustrated. She had absolutely no sense of “Dawn Angela”. She’d lost her identity! 

There had to be a transformation. It is the result of the self-discovery that prompted Dawn Angela to pursue modeling and then author the book: Timeless Rebel: Empowered to Pursue the Dreams Within. By defying time, she became “Timeless” and by rejecting society's expectations, she became a “Rebel”. Whether you are in a place of uncertainty, panic-stricken, or a richly satisfied woman, this book is for you! No matter who you are or where you may find yourself in life, it is never too late to pursue a dream.
