Metro Mosaic: Local Teens Showcase Talents in Special Theater Presentation at Fulton County's Central Library


Atlanta, GA  – Fulton County's Central Library is proud to announce an enriching collaboration with the Studio Blue Acting Conservatory, bringing the vibrant voices of local teens to the forefront in a series of captivating stage plays titled Metro Mosaic.

Metro Mosaic is more than just a theater event; it's a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and community impact. Through this partnership, young talents from the area have had the unique opportunity to delve into the world of theater arts, exploring themes that resonate deeply with audiences both young and old.

Under the expert guidance of seasoned professionals, including writer and director Anthony R. Page, and guest director Sahira Parker, these budding actors have honed their skills and crafted compelling narratives that reflect the richness and diversity of human experience.

The program features an eclectic lineup of plays:

"My Father's Dream" – A poignant civil rights era drama set in 1967, exploring the profound impact of The Movement on one family. - Featuring young actors Siyenne Jzar, Jah'Bre'El Page, and Dylan Imani.

"Adira Dela Croix 6.0" – An exhilarating Afro-futuristic journey set in 2096, probing humanity's evolving relationship with technology. - Featuring young actors Nicholas Buamah, Zoe Mulann, and Grayson Cobb.

"Dream Something Else" – Teetering on the brink of giving up, this gripping contemporary drama set in 2010, delves into the journey of a young woman facing a pivotal moment in her creative career. - Featuring young actors Essence Rose and Landen Sargent, flanked by Aja Chavis.

"Strugglin" – An innovative presentation of monologues based on real-life experiences, offering raw and authentic insights into the lives of teens across Georgia. - Featuring young actors Chad "CJ" ScottFaith ClarkAddison Caslin, Carrington “CJ” Collins, Hope Clark, and Harper Caslin.

Additionally, the audience will be treated to a special presentation of "The Campaign," featuring the exceptional talents of up-and-coming actors Angel L. Henderson and Jerome Stephen Manning from the Studio Blue Acting Conservatory.

This culmination of weeks of dedication, creativity, and hard work will be showcased in a live performance at Fulton County's Central Library on Saturday, April 27th, at 3:00 PM. The event will take place in the library's auditorium and is free and open to the public.
