CineBlock Brings Live Demonstration and Two Featured Productions to Ent-Tech Atlanta

The Emancipation of Limits and Sundays After Church anchor a closer look at independent entertainment financing.

ATLANTA — CineBlock Films will present a live demonstration featuring two productions it currently represents—The Emancipation of Limits and Sundays After Church—during Alma Film Festival’s Ent-Tech Innovation & Discovery Expo on Saturday, October 3, 2026.

The expo takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Hilton Atlanta, 255 Courtland Street NE, with Sharif Bennett representing CineBlock. The program brings audiences into direct contact with innovators working across entertainment, technology, and storytelling.

CineBlock Films helps filmmakers navigate the business behind their stories with tools for campaign setup, investor onboarding, payment processing, and tracking—connecting financing with audience participation.

Their marketplace connects creators seeking financing with audiences interested in investing in entertainment projects. Its live demonstration will introduce attendees to that model through two productions exploring power, community, and the consequences of ambition. 

The Emancipation of Limits, from A. Pāj Turner, follows Richie, an entrepreneur who returns to Chicago determined to strengthen Black communities by building businesses and recreating the economic promise of Black Wall Street. Financing that vision through the drug trade, he plans to leave the criminal world once the community can sustain itself. His exit becomes increasingly dangerous as his supplier, rival organizations, and street gangs threaten his plans. 

Sundays After Church, from Cinnamon Brown Entertainment, is a drama series centered on First Lady Sandra Clayton and a church community where religious devotion conceals a struggle for influence. As Sandra uncovers hidden agendas, questions of faith, loyalty, and morality become deeply personal, forcing her and those around her to confront the distance between their professed beliefs and their actions. 

For filmmakers, producers, creative entrepreneurs, and film enthusiasts, the presentation offers an opportunity to explore how independent productions connect storytelling with financing and audience engagement.
