Spoken Word Artist: Sa Jules Photography & Design Project

We met Spoken Word Artist Sa Jules earlier this year. Through social media, we noticed that she was making her presence known in the local arts community, so we invited her out to be a part of our one-act stage play series titled: The Blue Series. After our show, she presented one of her most personal spoken word poems. She electrified the audience, and our team of storytellers we were moved by the many dramatic elements and characterizations in the work. 

Since that time she has taken the stage as an actor in a number of our productions in both Augusta and Atlanta. 

She approached us about doing a series of photos for her and her son: Lance, these are select images from that series.

I typically take the time to do somewhat of an after-action report to assess what I did well the previous week and what could be better. It's my commitment to continuous improvement.  As my business has grown, I find myself engaging with larger and much more diverse groups. Not just in the typical demographics of race, gender, and age, but more in the uniqueness of how they think, what they prioritize, and how they engage in business.  I don't talk as much as I used to.
