Since December of  2022, Patrice has been a part of the inaugural creative experiment dubbed the Studio Blue Acting Conservatory. The goal of the program is to take a 360 approach to helping talent develop successful creative careers.

One of the key attributes of the program encouarages actors to develop and build up a unique body of work marked by innovative, and unorthodox performances.

Through her exceptional acting skills and ability to captivate audiences, Patrice is doing just that...

She has been selected as one of the four finalists in the Peachtree Village International Film Festival Monologue Competition, having been judged by a panel of veteran actors including Clifton Powell.

She further demonstrated her artistic versatility during the Ancestral Accents project. Her unique contributions involved crafting original monologues for little-known historical figures. As has become her tradition, she delivered three distinct and innovative thesis performances.

One of her standout portrayals was of Ndaté Yalla Mbodj, a revered leader and the last great Lingeer of Waalo, one of the four Jolof kingdoms in present day Senegal. She also developed works around Bessie Coleman - - the first African-American woman and first person of self-identified Native American descent to hold a pilot license. Later, she explored the life of Puerto Rican poet, Julia de Burgos - - who was an advocate of Puerto Rican independence, and a civil rights activist for women and African/Afro-Caribbean writers.

Patrice's dedication to bringing these important stories to life is a testament to her commitment to craft and community. Her ability to immerse herself in the lives and experiences of these historical figures, and then convey their narratives with authenticity and emotion, is truly remarkable. Through her performances, she's not just acting; she's resurrecting forgotten voices and shedding light on unsung heroes.

Production still from the film At This Time

Patrice has a number of projects on the horizon, including a her giving a compelling performance in the forthcoming film, At This Time, a mixed genre featurette inspired by the life of up-and-coming writer SA Brown of SAB Entertainment

-----------------------

In addition to her acting talents, Patrice has expanded her horizons as a writer, penning her debut short film: Minutes To Seconds. What's even more impressive is that she will not only star in the film, playing three different characters, but also take on the role of producer, exemplifying her multifaceted talents and determination. This project is currently in advanced pre-production.

Patrice's dedication and passion are a true reflection of what Studio Blue stands for - nurturing legendary talent, fostering unique creativity, and empowering a community of creative outliers towards making a meaningful cultural impact on the industry.

On behalf of our entire community at the Studio Blue Acting Conservatory, we offer our heartfelt congratulations to Patrice Hrabowskie. We eagerly look forward to witnessing her continued growth and the remarkable contributions she will make to the world of acting and film.
