About BEEC: The Black Entertainment Economic Council is a nonprofit advocacy group dedicated to advancing economic development, professional networking, skill building, and workforce development within the black community in the dynamic entertainment industry.

Mission Statement: Our mission is to increase representation and opportunities for Black professionals and businesses in the Film, Television, Gaming, and Digital Production industries, both in front of and behind the camera.

Vision Statement: Our vision is to provide underrepresented communities in the entertainment industry the resources, advocacy, and education to grow in their creative fields, and thrive within our community.

[Atlanta, GA, November 30, 2023] - The Black Entertainment Economic Council (BEEC) is thrilled to announce its 1st Anniversary Celebration, marking a year of significant achievements and contributions to the advancement of the black community in the entertainment industry. 

The social event will take place on Sunday, December 3, 2023, from 4 pm to 6 pm at the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs, located at 504 Fair Street, Atlanta, GA 30313.
