Join Jackie Chambers de Freitas, VP, AI Delivery & Transformation, Salesforce, for an executive conversation on how artificial intelligence is reshaping entertainment, creative work, collaboration, and leadership. Drawing on three decades in technology and transformation, Jackie brings a deeply human perspective to how leaders can navigate rapid change, create meaningful value, and ensure historically underrepresented communities help shape what comes next.

Jackie Chambers de Freitas is VP of AI Delivery & Transformation at Salesforce, where she leads how one of the world's most influential companies turns artificial intelligence into real, measurable business value. Across 20+ years, she has transformed global organizations into lean, high-output engines — accelerating time-to-market, cutting the cost of delivery, and moving the P&L, not just the roadmap. She brought that blueprint to the RenderATL 2026 stage in "Stop Prototyping, Start Delivering," and in September 2026 takes the TEDxBuckheadAve stage with "The People Your System Fails First," an argument drawn from three decades at the edge of the systems she was building: the people a system fails first are not its exceptions — they are the most accurate instrument an organization has for measuring it.

A proud British woman with Jamaican roots and an HBCU alumna, she believes talent is everywhere, and access is not — and uses every room she is in to widen the door, championing women in tech, building pathways for the next generation of leaders, and speaking openly about leadership, presence, and protecting your well-being on the climb.
